Privacy Policy

Account and order details — your name, email address, telephone number, company, shipping and billing addresses, and the items you purchase or request a quotation for.

Personalisation data — monogram text, thread colours, placement choices, size and fit measurements you enter into our Find My Size tool, and any artwork, logos or reference files you upload with a custom order request.

Payment data — card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. For bank transfers we record only the reference and amount received.

Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics described below.

• To manufacture, personalise and deliver your commission, and to keep you informed of its progress.
• To prepare quotations, production timelines and invoices for custom and bulk orders.
• To provide concierge support and respond to your enquiries.
• To send the Private List newsletter — only when you have asked to join, and you may leave with one click.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Commission and meet legal obligations.

Artwork, crests, logos and monograms you provide remain your property. We use them solely to produce your pieces and to show you proofs. We will never feature your mark in our marketing, our showroom or our portfolio without your written permission.

We share personal data only with partners who need it to fulfil your order, under contract and only for that purpose:

• Our embroidery, weaving and finishing ateliers (name, personalisation details and size only).
• Payment processors (Stripe) and our bank.
• Couriers and customs brokers (name, address, telephone and shipment contents).
• Email and hosting providers that operate our platform.

We do not sell, rent or trade client lists. Ever.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Where enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage statistics (IP anonymisation is switched on) so we can improve the experience. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to order.

Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and warranty obligations. Uploaded artwork for quotations that do not proceed is deleted after twelve months. Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls and reviewed regularly.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer have a legal reason to keep it. You can update your details and addresses at any time in the Client Portal. To request account deletion, follow the steps on our Account deletion page.
